By accessing and using BodyLink TV ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

BodyLink TV is a free, browser-based gaming platform that uses webcam-based body tracking to control games. The Platform is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, availability, or performance.

3. Camera and Privacy

The Platform requires webcam access to function. All camera processing occurs locally in your browser using client-side machine learning. No video, images, or body tracking data is transmitted to our servers. By granting camera access, you acknowledge that:

Camera processing happens entirely on your device
You are responsible for ensuring adequate privacy in your physical environment
You may revoke camera access at any time through your browser settings

4. Age Requirements

BodyLink TV is designed for users of all ages. Children under 13 should use the Platform with parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

5. Acceptable Use

When using BodyLink TV, you agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform
Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with the Platform's operation
Redistribute, copy, or create derivative works from the Platform's content without permission
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BodyLink TV — including games, artwork, code, and design — is the property of BodyLink TV or its contributors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute this content without express written permission.

7. No Warranty

BodyLink TV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyLink TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury resulting from gameplay activities.

Safety note: Body-tracking games involve physical movement. Play in a clear space, be aware of your surroundings, and stop if you feel dizzy, fatigued, or unwell.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
